In business since 1984, we are in our thirtieth year of incorporation and we have carried out thousands of projects, many of which amount to more than one million dollars. From its initial residential construction and renovation activities, Lovail has gradually moved to the institutional, commercial and residential sectors. As a general contractor, we coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors, while meeting the many needs of our vast clientele.

Today, our main customers come from the federal public sector (government office buildings), the provincial public sector (SIQ or now SQI, CEGEPs, school boards), and the municipal public sector (Cities of Gatineau, La Pêche, Pontiac). We have developed extensive expertise in the following areas in recent years: office space modification, washroom development, medical clinic and research laboratory development, installation of doors, frames and commercial hardware, civil works, wood framing construction, landscaping, etc.

We have a varied and highly skilled workforce to carry out this work: carpenters, painters, workmen, machinery operators. Experts in their respective fields, these professionals are able to perform a variety of tasks: demolition, interior systems, suspended ceilings, plastering, painting, caulking, formwork and concrete, installation of doors and windows, etc. We owe this diversity to the confidence our customers have had in us. These customers’ expectations have led us to expand our skills. At the office, we have an estimation & management team and our indispensable administrative support staff.
